Emotive Leadership course
Hoofbeatz is offering various courses in Equine Assisted Learning and one of its leading courses is on Emotive Leadership.
The session is tailor made for the corporate market and covers both one day and two day workshops. The participants deal the core emotional competencies and relate them to their work environment and learn with Horses the essentials of these emotional skills.
Why Horses?
Participants learn communication skills with horses and quickly recognize that how we communicate as humans needs refinement, finesse and clarity, which are the key aspects of horse communication. In addition, horses provide instant feedback and are honest in the interaction with humans. We have found in our experience that horses as facilitators to the learning process. Horses learn by expanding their comfort zones, humans learn by feeling comfortable in their emotional zones and this over-layed process allows the Hoofbeatz learning process to be integrate the best of management and emotional skills.
The leadership course is conducted by a former CEO of a large Middle Eastern bank, with over 25 years experience of writing and speaking on management. The unique skills of natural horsemanship are also integrated into the course content providing very hands on learning with a workshop style of delivery.
Courses are for a minimum of four people to a maximum of 12 people.
